Polished Nudes

Rodger began sculpting these nudes in the late 1970’s. “Tuesday’s Child,” (backbend) was the first in what was to be the “Days of the Week” series (“Tuesday’s Child is full of grace…”), but the others were never completed. He then created several other nudes – “I Am Loved” (on one toe, hugging herself), “Dawn” (sitting with arms outstretched) and “Awakening”” (on her knees with arms outstretched.)

All the nudes were created in bronze and are available in two different finishes – the typical antique bronze patina or the polished (shiny gold) bronze.
